LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Soul Mapping Intensive is a three-session coaching and guided reflection experience designed to help you gain emotional clarity, understand your patterns, and reconnect with your own sense of self and direction. It is facilitated by Imole Obadina, Certified Insight Coach (CIC), and is rooted in the Self-Return Framework. Each session is 60 minutes, held online via video call. The full package includes three sessions, session recordings, a Soul Map document and a follow-up voice note.

WHAT THE SOUL MAPPING INTENSIVE IS

WHAT THIS IS NOT

The Soul Mapping Intensive is not therapy, counselling, psychiatry or any form of medical or clinical treatment. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, severe depression, trauma responses, or any condition requiring clinical care, I strongly encourage you to seek support from a qualified mental health professional before or alongside our work together. Coaching does not diagnose, treat or cure any medical or psychological condition.

NO GUARANTEES

Coaching is a collaborative process. The insights, clarity and shifts that come from our sessions depend on your openness, honesty and willingness to engage with the process. I do not guarantee specific outcomes, results or transformations. What I offer is a safe, intentional and deeply held space for your own self-discovery. The work is yours. I am here to guide it.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Everything shared within our sessions is held in strict confidence. I will not share your personal information, stories or session content with any third party without your explicit consent, except where I am legally required to do so.

RECORDING CONSENT

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

My total liability for any claim arising from these sessions is limited to the total fees you have paid for the Soul Mapping Intensive package.

Sessions may be recorded for your personal use and to support the preparation of your Soul Map document. Recordings will not be shared with anyone else. Please confirm your consent to recording on the intake form.

This agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these sessions shall be resolved solely within the courts of England and Wales, regardless of where you are located.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund at my discretion. Refunds are not available once the first session has taken place. If you wish to cancel before Session 1, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days.

Sessions are delivered via Google Meet or a similar online platform. I am not responsible for internet disruptions, platform outages, or technical failures affecting either party. If a session is significantly disrupted by technical issues on my end, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

By booking the Soul Mapping Intensive, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, you are not currently in a mental health crisis requiring clinical intervention, you are entering this process voluntarily and with an open mind, you understand the work requires your honest participation, and you agree to show up to all three sessions on time and prepared.
